    Im looking to get into running a cycle, and a friend convinced me i should run Tren, Deca. But with everything i have looked up seems starting with Test 250 and something else would be better for first time, im not sure. Pls help I asked a question earlier but wasnt very informative. I am 5'10, 195lb, bf is 20%. Im looking to cut, lean out. Reading some of the questions over website, correct me if im wrong but test 250, clen, and winny would be effective?

    Hey buddy, if I missed a previous question, I am sorry about that. There are a lot of ways to cycle so I can say there is no perfect plan. But yes, in general, I would not go with tren and deca in your first cycle. This is especially true about the deca if your goal is to cut. The stuff you outlined would be perfect! Now remember, you can start dieting before you start the gear. Most of the people I help take at least 16 wks to get into contest shape. I work with many earlier than that, like 20 wks. The longer the diet, the leaner you can get. Then when you have gotten some good progress and feel like you want to be done dieting in 12 wks, you can start the cycle Yes test e or cyp between 250 to 500mg EW. Adex 1mg EOD, or more as needed. In week 1, you can also start clen. 20mcg every day for 2 wks, then add 20mg, so 40mcg a day for 2 wks, then 60 for 2 wks, 8 for 2 wks. Then 100 for 2 wks and finally 120 for 2 wks. That clen plan will take you through the cycle . When you have about 6 wks left of dieting, you could add oral winstrol at 50mg. That will give you a harder, drier look and also help protect muscle loss at the end of the diet if you are pushing super hard, into the low single digit body fat
