This is a good plan for a first cycle. One thing I want to impress on you is the importance of eating to grow and hard training. With total respect, at 155, you have yet to build a solid base. In order to make real and lasting progress, you want to learn to eat and train to grow. So many new guys get on cycle, blow up with water and then lose it all after. Just understand that is 100% possible if you don't teach yourself what it takes, you’ll be that guy. You don't want to be that guy haha. So get to reading and learning and if you bust your ass on this cycle, you may be on the start to a brand new physique brother.
