    Haven’t been In the gym since 2012, I just joined back today thinking of getting back in the “gear game “ really need something for energy and fat loss, I’m currently taking 1ml of Cyp as TRT bout every 7-10 days . Diet is key I know but what gear do you guys recommend?

    Welcome back brother. I guess it all depends what you are looking for. For your first cycle back, you could do a few things. If you wanted to go all out you could increase the test to say 500mg. With that you could add 30mg Dbol for 4-6 wks. Of course increase Ai to control estrogen as needed. Run this for 8-10 wks, then take some time back down at HRT, get labs and go back in for your next cycle. Another option that might not be so extreme but would produce some great effects, boost the test up to something like 375mg a week and add anavar for 8 wks at 50mg ED. Or Primo at 300mg. These would be more mild compounds, promoting strength while not getting too sloppy. Or you could just stay on the HRT dose and hit a cycle of Dbol on top of HRT at 50mg for 6 wks. Then 6 off. So many options. Being on HRT, you have the room to go up for awhile. Then come back down, make sure your labs look good, then go up again. Say 8 wks on, 8 wks on HRT, repeat
