    Hey man I was just wondering if I tried to diet down for summer during a cycle (not fat but have a thin layer of fat) if I would still see strength and muscle gains or would I just hold onto the muscle I already have.the cycle would be 500mgs of test e and 250mgs of Deca.

    It's all going to come down to diet, but the answer is, yes, it is possible. In the past, I had made some of my best gains while dieting. "Growing into the show", as they call it. It is a fine line to walk and the leaner you get, the harder it will be to continue losing fat while gaining muscle. The right nutrients and the right nutrient timing, plus the right cardio and weight training program. I'm not trying to avoid telling you what to specifically do. It's just impossible to say, as your program is going to be individual and very different from your training partner's program.
