I am 33 years old, weigh 270 pounds at 6'5". I'm a larger guy and have a lot of natural strength but my body isn't the way i want it to look. My main focus is to be stronger but i also need to lean out. I have trouble getting defined and have not used any gear thus far. What gear would you suggest to lean me out while still adding bulk and definition? My body fat is around 18 percent

Getting the body fat % you want is going to come down to diet. Everyone needs a unique approach. Some people do well with higher fats, while others do well with carbs. You might be surprised with the strength you can actually gain while on a very clean diet. I find that when my diet gets serious, at least in the first 1/2 of a prep, everything becomes "well turned". My connection to my body get stronger and it cooperates very well with me. As you get leaner though, the food intake needs to be reduced and at some point, strength may become limited. At 18%, I believe you have a lot of room to lose fat without losing strength.

If you have not used gear, I would start with a test cycle for 12 wks, between 250-500mg EW, split into 2 injects. You'll want to use enough AI to control estrogen. Test will help you gain muscle while losing fat, on the right diet. Be sure to follow up with a solid PCT. You should be able to make some serious progress in 3 months. If you wanted to push it a littl further, a mild oral like anavar, for the last 6 wks would help to harden up a little without drying out your joints

If you or anyone else wants to invest in me, to get you where you want to be, hit me up for step by step help. Next Level Nutritional Services
