<p>In a lot of cases, As long as you are hitting your macros, carbs before bed is not a problem, especially if you train in the evening. In the real world, there are a good number of guys I have worked with, that put in 10+ hours a day at their jobs. They don't have any other option but to train in the evening, then squeeze a couple meals in before bed. If someone is able to eat carbs on their cutting diet, I like to feed them carbs after they train. If they get done at the gym at 8 pm and need to be in bed by 10 pm, we don't have a lot of other options. And post workout, those carbs are going to be utilized by the muscle very well. </p><p>Of course, this is a case by case basis. </p>
