    Muscles look flat

Hi I was wondering is there any tricks to keeping muscles full on a cut ? I just came off a bulk and decided to start cutting since summer is around the corner. I stay fairly lean when I bulk so right now I'm 5 foot 8,210 pounds, and 10% bf. my diet is high protein moderate carbs. Im one week and a half into my cut and my muscles aren't as pumped or full as usual. I'm on cycle of tren a, and test also. I know this is normal when first starting to cut and I hate it. Any tips ?

Tren and test should be keeping you quite full. It's gotta be your diet. When I diet someone down, I don't cut out too much food at once. For a lot of guys, I can add more food and with proper timing, get a client to lose fat with added cals. Muscle is never going to look as full as when you are dieting. Fluid retention is going to be lower. Still, you shouldnt be flat, a couple wks in. I would try to add more carbs and or fats back in, and see what it takes to feel fuller, while still losing body fat
