Cardio question ?

    Hi was wondering if you are a fan of or recommend empty stomach morning cardio during contest prep ? I usually do my cardio after my weight lifting session and was wondering which one do you prefer ?

    IME, the single best time to do cardio for fat loss, is fasted, first thing in the AM. Second to that, is post training, before you eat anything. I try to keep cardio low for as long as I can, relying on diet to do the majority of the work. At first I may just do post training cardio, but when I need to turn the results up, AM fasted is the best option.
