    Carb cycling

Do you recommend using a carb cycling to cut? has a real advantage over simply reducing kcal? (In both cases I have calculated the macros, but there are people who say that cycling carbs "does not work"). I'll do a cutting cycle (test, t3, clen and anavar) in 3 months and before i want to do define all the fat I can. I have thought to do 4 low-carb days, followed by a high-carb day, and then a no-carb day, and then start over. I calculated the proteins, carbohydrates and fats but I get a maintenance kcal, where should cut kcal to get into a deficit? reducing fat? and when i do not lose more weight and have to keep cutting what I have to do? Thank you very much indeed!

How aggressive the diet needs to be at the start depends highly on the person. For a guy that has a large amount of fat, cycling my be one option. My goal is to have someone eat the most food they can consume and still continue to get lean, and with enough time, eventually get rippped. The more food they are able to eat, the more muscle they can continue to grow while dieting. I would consider carb cycling to be too aggressive of a plan for someone that is already leaner or has a fast metabolism. They can lose fat but may also not come in with the same fullness and size. You may actually have unneeded losses instead of coming in full, round and ripped.

For most people, I would start out with a straight pro/carb/fat. From there, we will evaluate how they respond and then deciding how to move forward from there.
