    Hello. I've been recommended to this site by a buddy of mine and have been contemplating getting something from here for the past month now but I have been hesitant and came to my senses. I am in the military but I work an admin job so I have gained weight over the past few years. I have a slight case of man boobs and my love handles stick out pretty far. I have been like this for the majority of my life for the fact being my metabolism is really slow and it’s been hard for me to speed it up. I am 23 years old 5’3 and I weigh 175 pounds and I can’t find a stack to use. I got back from a deployment a few months back and I worked out a lot when I was gone. While I was on deployment I experimented with some shitty oral stack of Decca Anadrol and Dianabol that I got off of amazon and saw little result than what I expected. Since I got back it has been very hard to get back in the groove of working out and going to the gym for the fact that im sick of busting my ass in the gym and seeing my friends get gains while im stuck in the corner looking like they’re the ones training me. I have been doing a lot of running but it seems like all my muscle has gone away. My main goal is to gain muscle but loose more fat while doing it. But in the process I would really like to do a stack that I can see changes fairly quick to stay motivated. I know I might sound like that typical fag that wants to look good without putting in the effort but honestly I work my ass off in the gym for months at a time and I can’t shrink my midsection even with cardio.I am willing to take injectables but need guidance because I have never taken them before. Please help me! This could be a long term personal change in appearance and confidence for this short fat guy!

    Hey brother, I'm going to bet the farm, that diet is your problem for sure. Sounds like you are already aware of that, Running gear will help you to gain muscle, but it isn't going to directly get you into shape. Diet, cardio and gear, all in a very specific balance can take you to your goals, but finding the balance you're looking for can be quite a struggle of trial and error. First, you want to clean up your diet, using all clean foods, such as brown rice, sweet potato, chiicken, leab beef, oatmeal, almonds and natural peanut butter. Switch over to these foods and see how you respond. I would eat around 200 protein through the day, split into 5-6 meals. Have everything portioned out. From there, you'll  be able to see if you need to adjust in order to grow or create fat loss. 

    I would get this ball rolling before you start your gear so that you are ready to make good progress while "on".  Start cardio at 30 min and adjust as needed

    For gear, something along the would work well. I suggest Geneza brand gear. It's what I use and it always treats me well

    clen, starting with 40mcg ED, then increasing by 20mcg every 2 wks. going no higher than 120mcg

    wk 1-12

    EQ 400mg EW

    wk 9-14

    Winstrol 50mg ED oral

     

    PCT starts 2 wks after last injection
