The only way to know is to watch your response. I tell everyone that they should ideally know how to eat to reach their goals before they start their cycle. This way, you can get right to making progress when the gear begins. I would add more fat. Up it to 75g and then from there, if you are able to consume this plan and not get fat, add in more carbs. If you find that you are gaining too much body fat, I'd continue to keep your protein high and adjust down the carbs a little. I would know better by looking at your body. Some guys can handle more carbs than others. Some get fat easily while others do not. And remember, as you grow, you'll require more food to maintain and even more to grow!
I would also allow for a cheat meal once a wk to keep sane.
