Hey bro. First I gotta say how awesome you are for doing this and helping us out. So im about to start a dbol cycle and ive read that your diet plays a big part in your results. I read that you really heve to keep an eye on carbs. Im 5'10 170 lbs about 11-12% bf. So how many calories should I aim for. And what should my carb intake look like? Thanks for your help

Hey bro, thanks for the kind words. You can thank Naps for putting this QA together. This was his great idea!

As for diet, you want to get this nailed, on or off cycle. Diet is going to be your key to gains, now and in the future. As you get bigger, you need to eat more. There are no short cuts. Gear will speed the process, but it's the hard work you do in the kitchen that will build mountains of muscle. Diet is usally what makes or breaks a bodybuilder. The guys that look the same, year after year, are the guys that don't put the work into eating!

So what do you need to do? Lets start with protein. 1.5-2 g per lb per day. Sounds like a lot to a normal person, but if you aren't used to this, believe me, you will be after living the BB lifestyle for awhile. Protein is key. From here, carbs. Carbs are a little tricker. Everyone needs a different number of carbs. I'd start with 200g, and then watch your response, adding more as you go. For fats, start around 100g for now. If you find you aren't able to continue adding more carbs without getting overly fat, add a little more fat.

So take all of this and split it into 6 meals a day. You can have 2-3 of your proteins come from whey, but for the rest use solid food like chicken beef eggs ect.
