    Ive always felt like the only thing holding me back from achieving my goals were my diet so i hired a online coach to help me out. He started me with protein-255g carbs-255g and fat-64g. Im now 14 weeks into it with current count of protein-230 carbs-210 fats-55 and ive only lost 2 inches in my waist and 5 punds, i feel let down and like ive been wasting my time. I see you recommending a lot higher proetin intake then me. im 6" 200 pounds,bf around 14% where do you suggest i go from here.

    Hmm. well for starters, you should talk to the guy that dieted you and voice your concerns. Next, To know what we're really working with, I'd have to see your initial diet laid out, then compare this data to future diet changes. It would also help to know about your training and cardio. Plus progress pics before and after. Then I might be able to usderstand better what you would need to get to your goals. 

    Without knowing the factors, I can only guess. I assume it is fat loss. You may need less carbs. You may need more protein. These are a couple of the first things that come to mind. You could try a carb reductuon and look at the results., If a few wks, you better know if you look better or worse, then adjust from there.
