Hey brother, I can help with strength, but more so, my speciality with training rests more in aesthetics. For training, I think you would be best suited to talk to a bench press specialist. But for the gear to use, I can steer you in the right direction. Of course, you want to start your cycle out with test as your base. Not sure what your experience level is with doses, so I can't tell you how much to use. If you are new to gear, test e at 500mg will be plenty. From there, if you are new, I would run this test for 12 wks and add in some drol for the last 5 wks at 50mg ED. If you are new to gear, this will be plenty. You'll gain enough strength to rip your pect from the tendon. No joke. I've seen it happen. If you are experenced with gear, I'd add in some tren ace at 100mg EOD. Once again, if you are new, leave the tren out. Here is how the cycle would look
