    Hello sir,i am currently running 500mg cypionate and just began adding winstrol 50mg for the remaining 6 weeks. My question is not about my cycle but about my diet after. As i run nolvadex and what i have left of anastrozole as my pct i was thinking i could take deasparic acid powder i have to help with the recovery. If i were to add creatine to my diet, when would be the best time?As my muscles return to normal form what could i use to help shed away fat that would not burn my gain or affect my recory? Is a clen product recommended?

    You can add creatine now if you like. Creatine mono is cheap so I see no reason not to use it. I will use it for the better portion of the year, taking a month off every 3 or so months on. As for clen, it helps to burn more calories, when creating a calorie deficit. So it doesn't just burn fat. I takes calories away from your body that you may have used for fat storage or muscle gain. If you want to go into a diet phase after your cycle, I would wait until you know you have recovered. While in your recovery phase, you want to make sure you are getting plenty of food to supply to your muscles, giving them every reason to not shrink.  Then, after you know you are good, if you wanted to focus on fat loss, I would lower the caloroes from carbs and or fat and add a little more cardio. Clen would also help at this time.
