You need to be patient. It didnt take 2 wks to get the level of BF that you have, so you can't expect to lose it that fast either. Nor do you want to. If you crash the fat off, you will lose muscle and lose your "pop", looking flat and feeling weak. I never let myself get too out of shape and when i do diet, I give myself 16-20 wks, to get myself in the shape i want to be. If you are not losing fat, you are eating too much. Theres no way around it. No short cut. If you want to get lean, you have to suffer. So look at your food intake and start dialing back the carbs. If you are getting 300g of clean carbs a day and aren't losing fat, drop them down to 225g and see what happens. Wtch your progress. As your fat loss slows, you'll need to lower food futher and or add more cardio. FYI, running inst ideal for a BB.
