    Im 32yrs old on 3rd cycle im 5ft7in tall and weigh 175lbs I just started a cycle of sustanon and tren. I gain realitivly easy but I do gain fat easy. Is there somewhere I can find or can u tell me a general diet for me, as far as protein carbs fat sugar, u know just something to help me get the most from my work. Ive never payed attention to diet other then eating asmuch protien as I can stomach

    Diet is a huge aspect of the sport. If you don't have it down, you won't make the gains you want. I can't build a diet for you here, as that is a service guys are paying for at Next Level Nutrition here at Naps.  I can however give you some points in foods to use Sweet porato, brown rice, oats, fish, eggs and egg , chicken and leab beef. I also use almonds, natural peanut butte, mac nut oil, and oilive oif for fats. The key is understnading how much of each of these thihgs effect your body, I you are sensitive to carbs, that you may use less carbs more fat. Bot a standard diet may have a ratio od Pro 2, carb 1, fat .5  2/1/.5  So more protein, moderate carbs and lower fat Then see how it works.
