    Get ready to carb load. I've been told to just down brown rice and sweet potatoes at about 200carbs/day. usin HumaPro for protein source ar around 275g/day. Dropping water intake each day. Is there any other source of carbs to take in besides the rice and potatoes, What would be you plan of attack for last week?

    I suggest you carb up on the carbs you used through the diet. As for how many carbs you use, it will depend on a lot of very individual factors that I cant answer for you here.Here are the questions I would ask myself if I were you, when planning a carb up? how many carbs have I been eating up till this point? Am I flat or full? How full?  Close to spilling over? Am I close to my weight limit for the class I'm going into? All of these questions are going to play a vital role in how you carb up. My advice is be conservative. You're better off a little flat than too full. 

    Fats are also a key in filling back out. Fats can slow the digestion of carbs and help you hold your fullness. You want to find the right balance. Take it slow and watch your progress. Adjust as needed.
