Competing in July and need help!!!!
    on: 2015-05-02 16:04:40
Would anyone be willing to help me dial my nutrition in a bit?Im competing in Bikini for the 1st time on July 11,2015.Currently on Anavar split 5mgs in morning and 5mgs.at night.I am clueless when it comes to macros,,carb cycling, water depletion,etc....I know how to eat clean and I definitely do,but I don't know how to do the competition prep.Ive been busting my ass in the gym and just want to make sure I look good on that stage.Im 5'5 and currently 115.8 pounds.I had a friend suggest I use an ECA stack to help lean out more closer to competition.Im already pretty lean, but not stage lean.Need to get that tiny waist and want my abs to show.Im sinking here and really need some nutritional guidance. Thanks so much in advance

What you're asking is more than I can lay out in one message. No two preps are alike, an no two people are alike. If anyone tells you otherwise, and that they have a cookie cutter approach, that will get you in shape for a contest, if you just follow X Y and Z, I would suggest you run as fast as you can, because they are full of it! What you need to do depends on how you look now, what you have been doing, how you respond to carbs, training, gear, ect, ect ect. It would require looking at your entire diet and training program, as well as seeing what progress you have made on your current plan.

If you are interested in hiring me to take your prep over, please contact me at the Next Level Nutrition page, here at Naps. Whatever you do, find a plan a stick to it. Don't pull bits and pieces of info from various people. Don't listen to everyone in your gym. You'll get 100 different opinions and following all of their advice, although well meant, will leave you spinning your wheels.

The answer is going to be in your diet, training and cardio. The gear and fat burners will help to push your plan that much further. Best of luck. I'm working with several people competing in that time frame. Right now, you have around 7-8 wks, I believe. Whatever you do, if you are not seeing your abs yet, you will want to buckle down and get the show on the road, because in 4 wks, it will be too late.
