GH will help to maintain your muscle while in PCT. I might reduce the volume of your workout a little, if you are doing a ton of sets, but I would keep the weight as heavy as possible. Most importantly, make sure you are getting in enough food to maintain your new muscle. Once you come off gear, you wont use your food as efficiently and it becomes more easy to put on fat, but the Gh will help you to stay lean while eating a higher amount. If you have some IGF Lr3 to add in during PCT, that will help to keep you pumped and full, plus help shuttle more nuitrients to the muscle.
