At the end of the day, if your diet requires more solid food, it all comes down to how bad you want to reach your goals. I've worked with guys that have had no option for hot food and they make it work. I've been in the same position and I can tell you, if you get hungry enough, cold food works just fine :) That being said, there are options. Hard boiled egg whites work. Tuna is best cold and if you need carbs for that meal, ezekiel bread works for many people. For your shakes, you can always use peanut butter and oats in them, if you need carbs and fats.
