    Good morning! Thanks for all of the awesome info! I am about 8 weeks into my first cycle. I'm running 1.5 CC Test eth every five days, MHN (oral deca) twice daily and proviron twice daily. I have put on a decent amount of mass considering the mild noobie cycle and my strength gains have been nothing short of amazing. My issue is that I have not dropped any body fat, at all. I was hoping you could give some insight on finishing up my cycle (30 days left) a little leaner than I am. I am currently on around 2500 calories per day. I am 36 years old, 6'2" 228lbs Thanks!

    Yep its all diet. I can't tell you what to do since I have not seen you or your actual diet or the progress you have made. Every diet is different. Make sure that protein is high first. Then play with teh carbs and fats to get the results you want. The gear can make you look fatter than you so some of what you might see and part of what the scale might be reading is water attention. When you make adjustments to the diet come I would suggest to shoot pictures and compare them each week previous sets of pics
