    First of all, thank you so much for all that you do on here. It is really appreciated. I am getting ready to start my second cycle. My goal is to gain size and strength. I understand that size comes as you recover. Since we can recover so much quicker w/ gear than with out I am thinking about going to the gym 2x a day while on my cycle. I only have about 30 min of actual lifting time in the morning as I start work at 6am(I guess I could go to a different gym if more time here would be beneficial). What do you think if in the morning I did a powerlifting routine like 5/3/1 to gain strength, and after work in the evening doing your typical bodypart split for hypertrophy.

    I would find  gym that I can be at for longer than 1 hour. I see a lot of people that want to train a weak body part more often. or people that get into a cycle and come up with this exact same idea. Honetly. If you are working hard enough, you are going to want to rest for the rest of the day. Its a lot of CNS stress. My thought would be to go to the gym when you can plan to really get into it. You dont need to be there several hours, but an hour is short. With 2 hours, you can get in, work a muscle hard, and completely exhust it.
