I would find gym that I can be at for longer than 1 hour. I see a lot of people that want to train a weak body part more often. or people that get into a cycle and come up with this exact same idea. Honetly. If you are working hard enough, you are going to want to rest for the rest of the day. Its a lot of CNS stress. My thought would be to go to the gym when you can plan to really get into it. You dont need to be there several hours, but an hour is short. With 2 hours, you can get in, work a muscle hard, and completely exhust it.
