Hello , thank you for all the, information you guys provide . My question is cardio timing . I am 25yrs old 205-210lbs and 12-14% body fat . I just started my second cycle . my goal is to gain muscle mass but, also burn as much body fat as possible . I lift 6 days a week and have been doing cardio immediately after I lift . I work long, hours, during the,day and only, have time to do cardio while I go to the gym once a day . is doing, cardio after I workout,ok ? Should I take my supps after I lift before i do cardio , or wait till after cardio . my supps I take are 20g of carb , 20g protein and bcaas. What would be,the best advice you can give me . thank you

Ok I would like you to think about what your priority is. Gaining muscle requires creating a surplus of nutrients. Losing fat requires a deficit of calories. If your diet isn't perfect to start, by eating clean, you can keep the food higher and for a time, you can grow muscle while losing fat. At a certain point though, you’ll either have to lower calories to continue losing fat or raise them to continue adding muscle. But when you do either of those things, the opposite goal of either fat loss or muscle gain becomes compromised. Cardio is just a tool that will help to increase the calorie deficit, leaving your body with less calories to be stored as muscle or as fat. If you are using a post workout protein and carb and want to do cardio after you train, you would want to take them after cardio is over. if you eat and then do cardio, you are more likely to just burn the food in your stomach
