    Hello. I am wondering what your opinion is on making an egg shake as the first meal. Shake: 1.5 cups egg whites (from cartons, they have been pasteurized), 1 scoop protein, .5-1 cup of oats and maybe some raw caffeine if I feel like it. This is so easy to make especially for the early morning routine. I sip on this for 15min, for absorption. Or is this a complete waist due to not cooking the egg whites? Who knows if my body is actually getting the right aminos or is just totally inefficient. Any thoughts sir? Thanks.

    This shake is fine as long as you don't get digestion issues. I found that people who use a lot of liquid egg white end up with stomach problems over an extended period. But if you are just doing it for one meal, it’s totally fine. Through the pasteurization process, the protein is slightly denatured and will absorb better than cracking raw eggs. Just watch digestion and if thats good, you are good to go! From experience with clients though, I would suggest using it no more than 2 cups a day
