Carbs while cutting

    Carbs while cutting

    Regarding carbs while cutting, I'm currently taking in 200 grams of carbs per day. with protein at 2grams per pounds. my question is, i take 50grams of carbs for breakfast. 80 grams post and then another 50 after my post. should i take any pre workout or no? I'm worried about not having carbs pre workout.

    Yes the most important time to use carbs (in a diet that contains carbs) is preworkout. That is the first place I would put them in the diet. Second place is post. 3rd is AM if training is later in the day. So if you want to stick with that amount of carbs I would move them around for sure! Good question
