Its hard to give a suggestion on how someone should train because we are all different and all have a unique response to training, just like we do to food and drugs. I can tell you that if you have found what works well off cycle, that is what will work on cycle too. Learning what works for you though is something that will take time and experimentation. The longer you have training, the more you will see what works and what does not. You keep what works and throw out the rest. Personally I have gotten a lot out of John Meadows training plans as well as Fortitude Training. These are very different methods but both of them work very well. Trying plans by brilliant guys like these will help take the guess work out if you want to figure out your body faster
