Increase protein by how much?

Hello, I'm going to bulk in a few weeks and want to walk around at 10 more lbs than I do now (I'm lean currently, and yes I'll be in gear for both phases). Bulk phase then cut phase during spring 2019. Anyways, how much protein should I add to 1. Add 10lbs of muscle and 2. Maintain that during and after the cut phase? I already know how my body responds to carbs and fats too, don't need much help there. I'm thinking instead of 12oz egg whites in the morning, go with 16. And instead of 9.5-9.75 oz of meat, go with 10-10.1 oz for my real meals which I'm having 3 times a day (so a total of .75-1.5 more oz a day). I'm getting in 6 total meals a day btw. Do you think by increasing the egg whites and oz of meat slightly by those numbers, will achieve what I'm trying to do?
